THORNBILL Thorn "bill `, n. (Zoöl.)
Defn: Any one of several species of small, brilliantly colored American birds of the genus Rhamphomicron. They have a long, slender, sharp bill, and feed upon honey, insects, and the juice of the sugar cane.
