Reich i an |ˈrīkēən, ˈrīKH -ˈraɪkiən | ▶adjective of or relating to the psychotherapeutic theories of Austrian psychoanalyst Wilhelm Reich (1897 –1957 ), who theorized that sexual repression is the source of all human neuroses and irrational behavior: he also taught me a kind of Reichian emotional release work, banging pillows and screaming at the top of my lungs.
