TROCHLEA
n.[L. a pulley, from Gr. to run. ] A pulley-like cartilage, through which the tendon of the trochleary muscle passes.

a.[from L. trochlea. ] Pertaining to the trochlea; as the trochleary muscle, the superior oblique muscle of the eye; the trochleary nerve, the pathetic nerve, which goes to that muscle.
